About this property

61 Sullivan Mountain Rd. in Catskill has been a retreat for the lovely couple that spent their summers here for nearly 50 years. Getting out of the city and having the peace, quiet and beauty of the Catskills gave them great joy. This 3 bed 1 bath home is a 1985 single wide trailer with a 50 x 10' addition that provided an extra bedroom, storage and screened in porch to enjoy their days and nights seeing and listening to nature.Over the years they would improve the property by building a garage, sheds, a gazebo and carport. The house is only 10 minutes from the Village of Catskill, 20 minutes to Hudson and within 30 minutes of Woodstock, Kingston and Hunter Mountain for skiing.Sullivan Mountain is a special property on a private road shared only by a handful of houses. Make this little slice of heaven your home or weekend getaway.
